Amidst the recent turbulent economic times, the City of El Paso's administration has worked diligently to be fiscally responsible and plan accordingly. The financial woes that hit other cities did in fact create some obstacles for City staff, but did not deter them from the goals initially set. The City of El Paso administration did not lose sigh of its responsibility to the citizens and communities of El Paso.
