The creation of San Angelo's first Capital Improvement Plan is indicative of an evolving community that is committed to addressing the future needs of its citizens using a multi-year horizon that dictates budgetary requirements. At present, approximately 25% of the City's total budget is dedicated to projects identified in the Capital Improvement Plan.
